             CW

Cw, two-time Congressional nominee, with her wife Mimi, have fought for civil rights, ADA (disability) rights, gay rights, and animal rights since 2004, when they became the target of discrimination and Hate-crimes, from death threats and arson, to illegal search and seizures, and false and malicious prosecution by “the most corrupt” municipality in Northern California. Having practiced law in propera persona ("pro per"), their published legal briefs have been recognized by the California Supreme Court and other state and federal courts, most notably their Amicus brief to the Supreme Court (Proposition 8) on Gay Marriage.

CW is an accomplished financier, highly regarded for her knowledge and business acumen as a “deal maker” in the global financial market, specializing in private equity, and project funding. A consummate optimist, CW sees the glass half full, as the opportunities unfold. Her undefeatable commitment to success speaks not only to her character, but her profound devotion to family, the world of animals, and the protection of rights. Undoubtedly, CW Winston is “a force to be reckoned with.”

Currently, CW is Founding Partner of 33 Digital Trading Company, DAO LLC, and CIVIL RIGHTS LEGAL DEFENSE FUND, developed and launched through a broad spectrum of asset-based equity and unlimited natural resource.

Her grandfather, was a famous inventor for RCA with over 350 patents from the first color picture tube to fiber optics, the first transcontinental transmission, Polaroid lenses, negative ion machine, and FM radio. Her father, one of Silicon Valley’s “founding fathers,” was responsible for developing cutting edge technology, such as Stanford’s Excelerator Tunnel, state-of-the-art seeing device for the blind, and specialized devices for the hearing impaired.

CEO of Civil Rights Legal Defense Fund, together with her spouse, CW, have fought for civil rights, gay rights, animal rights, and disability rights since 2004, when they became the target of discrimination and politically driven Hate Crimes, while living on their 5 acre farm  in a rural community in Northern California. Defending their home and family from a tyrannical municipality, they began to practice law in propera persona ("pro per"), writing published legal briefs recognized by the California Supreme Court and other state and federal courts, most notably their Amicus brief to the Supreme Court on gay marriage.

As Managing Partner of 33 Digital Trading Company DAO LLC, Mimi has acquired a variety of professional partnerships through the acquisition of natural in-ground assets, from oil fields to gold mines. Her passion and commitment to "raise the bar” of awareness and civil responsibility is matched only by her understanding and compassion for the woes of socio-economic oppression, manifested by an irresponsible and inefficient bureaucracy of government.

“America is a country built on the freedoms and equality set forth by the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence. We are a country deeply rooted in the core of the ‘American Dream.’ It is the essence, the heartbeat of our country, that drives us to fulfill our dreams and manifest our goals beyond our darkest hour.”

  • Refund/cancellation policy - Your Refund, Return, and/or Cancellation Policy explains how many days (if any) customers have to return a product or service. It should also explain how they receive a refund, credit, or replacement (if applicable). Let customers know under what circumstances you offer returns and refunds, and how products may be returned. For example, add your return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, include your return address...etc. This also serves as a protection from chargebacks and disputes.

  • Fulfillment/shipping policy - This policy explains how your customers will receive the services they paid for on your site. Under the fulfillment policy, you may include the information about time-frames when the service will be provided, more details about the format of the service offered etc.
